What is the affiliate program?
It lets you refer customers to Netkeel and earn recurring income. When someone signs up through your referral link, you earn 15% of what they pay for as long as they remain a customer.
What is the cookie duration for tracking referrals?
90 days. If someone clicks your referral link and signs up within 90 days, you still get the credit.
When will I receive my commission?
Commission becomes eligible 60 days after the referred customer's payment, to protect against fraud and refunds. Payouts are made once a month.
Can I refer customers to any server size?
Yes. Every server size counts, and you earn 15% of whatever your referrals pay. Make sure they sign up through your link so they are tracked correctly.
Is there a minimum balance before payouts?
No. There is no minimum balance. Once a commission is eligible, it is paid in the next monthly payout.
What payment options are available?
Commission is paid via PayPal, once a month.
Do I need to be a customer to join?
No. You do not need a Netkeel account to join the affiliate program.
How can I track my referrals and commissions?
We send you a monthly summary of your referrals and commission, and you can ask our team about your account at any time.
What happens if a referred customer cancels or gets a refund?
If a referred customer cancels within the 60-day waiting period or receives a refund, no commission is paid for that referral.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are not allowed and break the affiliate terms. Only new customers who have never had a Netkeel account are eligible.
