How do I get support?

Can you move my existing site to Netkeel?
Yes, for free. Open a support ticket from the panel and our team migrates your sites from your current host. You check each site on its preview address before you point your domain, so visitors never see a half-moved site.
Do I need a domain to get started?
No. Every website gets its own preview address with HTTPS the moment it is created. Connect your domain whenever you are ready.
How does billing work?
You pay for each server by the hour while it exists, up to its monthly price. Your card is charged once a month, and deleting a server stops its billing.
How many websites can I put on one server?
As many as the server can handle. There is no per-site fee. When a server gets busy, upgrade it or move some sites to another server.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no minimum term. Delete a server whenever you like and its billing stops at the end of that hour.
Can I make my server bigger later?
Yes. Upgrade a server to a larger size from the panel; your websites stay on it. You can also move single websites to another server.

Is email hosting included?
No. Netkeel focuses on hosting websites and apps. Your sites can send email through an SMTP service of your choice, set up in the panel.
